All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

As we source our products globally to provide you with the best prices and latest innovation, shipping times vary depending on your location.

  • USA & Europe: 7 - 15 Business Days

  • Australia & Canada: 10 - 20 Business Days

  • International: 10 - 25 Business Days

Note: These are estimated delivery times. While most packages arrive on time, actual delivery dates may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or global logistics factors.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number for your peace of mind.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or our official tracking partners.

5. Multiple Shipments (Important)

To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Do not be alarmed if one item arrives before another!

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zestify is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us immediately at zestifyze.official@gmail.com with your order number and mandatory unboxing video.
